Service Manager He/she manages all aspects of ongoing restaurant operations,with relentless drive for quality, service, accuracy, and cleanliness.Also he assists department supervisors in daily management and is responsible for the recruitment, training and turnover controlinside the department. Job Description： 1、Comprehensive, venue management, with the implementation of the marketing strategy of company; 2、Implement company's standards; 3、The management of division of FOH; 4、Supervision of goods, replenishment, do a good job on the homework incoming inspection, product display, product quality and service quality management; 5、Supervision and venue loss management, grasp the goods loss scale; 6、Master stores various equipment maintenance knowledge; 7、Supervise the venue clean inside and outside, is responsible for the operations management security, fire and other; 8、Properly handle contradictions are customer complaints and service work; 9、Responsible for training and education of employees. Requirements： 1. Junior college or above, major in hotel management or cooking related major is preferred 2. Age 24 years of age or older, healthy body, can adapt shift work 3. At least 3 years working experience in western restaurant front service, at least 2 years experience in restaurant management, good English, can communicate in basic Chinese; 4. Honest and trustworthy, bears hardships and stands hard work, treat others friendly, smiling, enthusiastic, and optimistic. 5. Love the job and work actively. 6.
